9: how to live an interesting life
here's a really simple way to guarantee you live an interesting life:
everything you do, do it with 100% focus and intensity.
you have 12 waking hours in a day.
if you spend them on 12, or 24, or 48 different things, you won't have a single interesting thing to say about any of them.
but if you spend your 12 hours on only 3 things, you'll have 4 hours of depth and context and immersion to share with the world.
if you do 2 things, you'll have 6 hours every day.
if you spend an entire day doing ONE THING, you'll know more about that one thing than 98% of people.
obsession wins.
but you can't fake it.
try focusing for 12 hours on something you don't care about.
you can't.
all you can do is pursue what's already calling to you.
